HOSTE RETURN POLICY:

Due to the nature of vintage, please expect some wear. Items will be described as clearly as possible and any major flaws will be noted + shown. Measurements are provided and we are available to answer any questions and make sure you’re confident in your purchase. Because of this, we do not accept returns on vintage items. 

Other items not eligible for return: Food, skincare/body, items on sale, or promotion. 

New clothing, accessories, and home goods must be returned in original packaging and condition. They must be unused, unworn with all original tags still attached. A receipt will be required for return. Within 14 days, your purchase will be eligible for store credit, exchange, or refund back to the original method of payment. After 14 days we will issue you a store credit in the original amount. 

For web returns: Please Contact Us to initiate the return. Upon approval, we can send you a label to ship your items back, or you can ship via your own method. The refund is subject to return shipping fees.
